Pierre has held senior executive positions with industry-leading banks and wealth management firms around the world, including Emirates NBD and HSBC (five years as global head of MENA region and Member of the Executive Committee of Private Banking). For Emirates NBD, he served as GM of Wealth Management and as an Executive Committee member. Through these positions, he led numerous development projects, successfully conducted organizational restructurings, and gained tremendous experience in sourcing and managing a wide variety of private equity transactions around the world. Pierre Pissaloux studied in Paris and graduated from École Polytechnique and École Nationale d’Administration (ENA).

Ritesh is a highly experienced Investment Banking professional with 20+ years experience of working with leading investment banks and advisory firms in the Middle East and India. Prior to joining Elyseum, Ritesh was running his own Corporate Advisory business for almost 4 years. Prior to that, he was part of investment banking teams at Merrill Lynch, E&Y, KPMG and Alpen Capital. He was part of teams, which raised over USD 3Bn in Debt and USD 4Bn in Equity for clients across the Middle East, India and Europe. Ritesh holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Western Australia. He is also a Chartered Accountant from India and a holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Delhi, India.

With over 33 years of global banking experience, Rick is a renowned figure in the financial services industry. For six years, he served as CEO of Emirates NBD, the largest bank in the Middle East. During his tenure, he led the successful merger of Emirates Bank with the National Bank of Dubai, the region’s largest merger at that time. Rick also worked over 24 years with HSBC, holding various management positions in Hong Kong, London, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Dubai, Frankfurt, Vanuatu, and South Korea.

Haseeb spent over 25 years in Corporate and Investment Banking in Europe, UK and MENAP in leadership roles. Prior to joining Elyseum, he was the Head of Trade at Dubai Islamic Bank. Prior to that, he has worked at Sarasin Alpen, Alpen Capital, ABN AMRO and Bank of America. Haseeb is a keen speaker and has also been a visiting faculty member for International Banking and Corporate Finance at IBA. Haseeb graduated from IBA, with an MBA and a Bachelor of Finance and Accounting from the University of Karachi, Pakistan. He also holds a Banking Diploma from the Institute of Bankers.

Mohamad is a senior banker with over 40 years of experience in Private Banking & Wealth Management working with leading Middle Eastern banks in the UK and Lebanon. Prior to joining Elyseum, he worked in Emirates NBD Bank, Riyad Bank and Arab Bank in the UK covering clients across the Middle East. Prior to that he spent a decade working in Arab Bank in Lebanon. Mohamad holds a BA Business Administration from The Arab University of Beirut.
